Drawing on over 15 years of experience in the industry, Hamish Brown leads the Leyton Property Team. Hamish has been responsible for the inception and delivery of extensive projects and prides himself on really understanding client’s requirements and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
Before Leyton Property, Hamish worked with major Property groups including Vicinity (Formerly Colonial First State), Wesfarmers and CBRE in roles working across all markets in Australia. In this capacity, Hamish was responsible for site identification, site acquisition, financial modelling, feasibility and risk analysis, due diligence and project strategy implementation including design, planning, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
William has over 10 years of commercial real estate and transactional experience. Prior to taking the role as director at Leyton Property, he held a senior position at Global Corporate real estate firm CBRE, jointly managing the Adelaide Metropolitan Investment Sales Team. During his time in the corporate world he represented both local and national private groups and some of Australia’s largest corporate property owners and retailers.
As Director of Leyton Property, William brings a wealth of local knowledge of the South Australian commercial property market with particular focus on end user requirements. William is a registered Land Agent and qualified Property Valuer.
Lukas joins the team after holding senior roles at international commercial real estate service firms JLL and Knight Frank. After commencing his career with JLL in office leasing in 2008, Lukas transitioned into commercial sales in 2012. His agency career culminated in 2018 as Director and Head of Agency for Knight Frank in South Australia. Lukas was concurrently a member of the Australian Knight Frank Institutional Sales and Commercial Sales teams and the Knight Frank South Australia Executive Board.
At Leyton Property, Lukas is primarily responsible for identifying and managing new development opportunities alongside the broader team.
Nathan is a graduate of the University of South Australia where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) in 2004. He now has over 10 years’ experience working as an Accountant in Australia and Europe, with more than 6 of those years working within commercial, residential and property development sectors of the construction industry.
As Financial Controller of Leyton Property, Nathan’s focus is maintaining the day to day financial management of the company as well as providing strategic recommendations to the Directors.
Lincoln joined the team in 2016, bringing with him an extensive technical and analytical skillset obtained through many years of experience in commercial property valuation and research. As a valuer with respected international real estate professional services firm Jones Lang LaSalle, Lincoln’s experience covered all property types and asset classes.
With a particular focus and specialisation in Retail and Development valuation and feasibility analysis, Lincoln has had direct involvement with a number of Adelaide’s largest retail and residential development assets. Lincoln has worked for all major Australian financiers, as well as a number of Australia’s largest ARITS and private property investors.
Rhys joined Leyton Property in 2016 with key responsibilities focusing on project management, development opportunities, land acquisitions and client relationships. Rhys’s experience stems from a background in commercial property agency throughout metropolitan Adelaide.
Rhys sits on the Property Council of Australia Future Directions Committee and holds a Bachelor of Business Property and Diploma of Commerce (Business) from the University of South Australia.
Jasmin joined the Leyton Property team in 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience in architecture & interior design, real estate and property development. Jasmin provides administrative support to the team and ensures that everything runs like clockwork.
With an eye for detail cultivated during her years in design, she specialises in document development, proposal submissions, project presentations and marketing.
